Join us that same evening for the EXSA-llence Awards Gala, also at Gold Reef City Theme Park. With a festive theme, it’s a night to celebrate creativity, excellence, and industry achievements.

- Entry per category: R750 ex VAT
- Gala ticket: R900 pp ex VAT

- Entry form submission: by 30 November 2026
- Use the official entry template (no other formats accepted)
- No video submissions allowed
- Ensure high-quality stand photographs; no renders will be accepted

- Best Stand (by size, type and sustainability in each category)
- Best Event (Small, Medium, Large – including sustainability)
- Service Provider category
- Special category for 2027 only: Hospitality chalets
Accommodation
